Ha’angana

Ha’angana, (HA – A – GANA),  is a New York-based Reggae artist whose father is from the south pacific island of Tonga, and his mother is Anglo-American.  Ha’agana is his family name and it means “Cheers To The Chiefs” which is the name of his upcoming album, out later this year.

Ha’angana was raised listening to many genres of music but was influenced by legendary Reggae artists such as Bob Marley, Bunny Wailer, Peter Tosh, Jacob Miller, Jimmy Cliff, Lucky Dube, Gregory Isaacs, The Melodians, and UB40 as well as a variety of American music.

From Lover’s Rock, Roots Reggae and hints of Dancehall, Ha’angana’s main goal is feel-good music for all to enjoy.
